Strategy. Execution. Development. One connected system.
Most organisations run strategy, execution and development in separate systems that never talk to each other. advantAIge connects them into a single operating system where every layer knows about the layers above and below it.
Your development systems were never designed to talk to each other.
Strategy lives in a slide deck. Performance reviews happen once a year in a separate system. Learning sits in an LMS nobody opens after onboarding. Coaching happens in private conversations with no connection to any of it. And the person in the middle is left carrying context between systems that don't know about each other.
The result is development that looks busy but doesn't compound. People complete courses that aren't connected to what the business needs. Coaches give advice without knowing what the strategy team decided last quarter. Managers review performance against goals that were set before priorities changed. Everyone is doing their part. Nothing joins up.
Strategy
Set once, shared as a document, revisited months later. Disconnected from what teams are actually developing.
Performance
Annual or quarterly cycles that measure what already happened. Too slow to shape what happens next.
Learning
Course catalogues built for compliance, not capability. Completion is tracked. Application is not.
Coaching
Private conversations with no visibility into the plan, the strategy or what the person is actually working on.
Execution
Day-to-day work runs on its own track. Weekly priorities rarely connect to development goals or strategic direction.
Intelligence
Leaders have no aggregated view of whether capability is building where the business needs it most.
One system where every layer knows about the layers above and below it.
advantAIge creates the connective tissue between strategy, execution and development. A single spine that runs from company direction through team priorities, quarterly commitments, individual capability, weekly execution and back up to leadership intelligence.
Company Compass
Core values, purpose, 10-year target, marketing strategy, 3-year picture and 1-year plan. One living document per company that anchors everything below it. Quarterly priorities flow directly from the annual plan.
Team Priorities
Managers set team mission, expected capabilities and development focus through a guided AI conversation. The AI uses company objectives as context so team priorities align upward automatically.
Quarterly Commitments
Company, team and individual 90-day priorities with owner assignment, weekly status updates and on-track or off-track visibility. The commitments connect the annual plan to what people are actually working on this quarter.
Individual Assessment & Development
Each person is assessed across 10 capabilities scored against their seniority level. Manager and peer perspectives overlay the self-assessment. Results drive a personalised development plan shaped by both individual gaps and what the business has said matters.
Weekly Execution
Scorecards track key metrics weekly. Issues get triaged and resolved. To-dos roll forward with accountability. Each person sets focus areas tied to their commitments and their development plan. Nothing falls through the cracks.
AI Coaching & Tools
Four specialist AI coaches who know the person's role, their plan, their commitments and their organisational context. 40 interactive tools including three that work directly with the operating system: Commitment Recommender, Scorecard Analyst and Issue Analyser.
Intelligence Flows Back Up
Managers and company leaders receive AI-generated briefings that show whether development activity is mapping to strategic objectives, where capability is building, where execution is stalling and what needs attention. The signal is aggregated, anonymised and actionable.
The plan knows about the strategy. The coaching knows about the plan. The commitments know about the annual goals. The intelligence knows about all of it. That is the difference between a collection of tools and a system that actually runs.

One document that anchors your entire organisation
The Company Compass captures your core values, core focus, 10-year target, marketing strategy, 3-year picture and 1-year plan in a single living document. It is the strategic anchor for everything that follows.
The 1-year plan defines revenue and profit goals along with the three to seven priorities that will get you there. Quarterly commitments flow directly from this plan, creating a clear line of sight from annual ambition to what people are working on this week.
One document per company. Read-only for members, editable by company admin. Everyone can see the direction. Nobody has to guess.

AI tool integration: Danni's Commitment Recommender helps identify the right priorities based on strategy and context
90-day priorities that everyone can see
Commitments are the quarterly priorities that connect your annual plan to what people are actually working on. They exist at three levels: company-wide priorities visible to everyone, team-level priorities visible within the team and individual commitments for personal accountability.
Every commitment has a named owner and a clear status. Each week, owners add a status update so the whole team can see what is on track and what is not. When a quarter ends, commitments roll forward to the next cycle.
Not sure which commitments to set? Danni's Commitment Recommender analyses your strategy, context and current performance to help you identify the right priorities for the quarter ahead.
13 weeks of truth in one view
The scorecard tracks the measurables that matter most to your business. Each metric has a title, target, unit, direction and owner. The 13-week rolling grid gives you a spreadsheet-style view with weeks as columns and measurables as rows.
Click any cell to enter that week's actual value. The system automatically calculates whether each metric is on target based on the target and direction you set. Green means on target. Red means off target. Grey means no data entered yet.
Thirteen weeks of data in one view lets you spot patterns before they become problems. And when something looks off, the Scorecard Analyst tool sends your data to Danni for pattern interpretation and recommended actions.

Team visibility: your tasks and your teammates' tasks
Source linking to originating issues or commitments
Surface problems. Resolve them. Track what needs doing.
Issues are the problems and blockers that need solving. Raise them directly from the interface with a priority level and optional link to the commitment or measurable they affect. Work through them with a clear status workflow and capture resolution notes when they close. For issues that are stuck or recurring, Danni's Issue Analyser provides a systematic resolution framework.
To-dos are the short-term actions that keep execution moving. They carry due dates and assignees and roll forward automatically when incomplete. The roll count makes chronic delays visible rather than letting them disappear week after week. To-dos can originate from issues or commitments, maintaining traceability from problem to action.
A structured weekly meeting that runs itself
The Weekly Pulse is a timed, structured meeting format built directly into the platform. It pulls live data from your scorecards, commitments, issues and to-dos so there is no prep work required. The agenda follows a proven cadence: good news, scorecard review, commitments review, people and customer headlines, issue resolution and to-do assignment.
Every participant rates the meeting at the end on a 1-10 scale. Meeting quality is tracked over time so your rhythm gets better, not stale. Unresolved items from the previous meeting carry over automatically to the next agenda.

See who owns what across the organisation
The Ownership Map provides a visual structure of responsibility across your organisation. Not just reporting lines but role clarity and responsibility definitions. Each seat has defined responsibilities so there is no ambiguity about who does what.
Built on existing manager relationships with direct and indirect report counting. When combined with commitments, scorecards and the intelligence layer, it creates a complete picture of who is accountable for what, and whether they are delivering.
Ownership Map Features

Role definitions and responsibility clarity
Manager hierarchy with direct and indirect reports
Connected to commitments and scorecard ownership
See what your team needs before they have to tell you
AI-generated intelligence briefings analyse all participant activity across the platform and deliver an eight-section narrative report. The AI sees journals, reflections, plans, tool sessions and execution data but reports only aggregated themes and patterns. It never quotes or identifies individuals.
For managers, briefings cover your direct team. For company administrators, they cover the entire organisation. Briefings are cached for 24 hours with a refresh button to regenerate on demand.

The visibility your leaders and coaches need
Managers see their direct reports and full reporting hierarchy with team member cards showing assessment band, plan status, last journal entry and engagement colour. Alerts flag members needing attention: red for four or more weeks inactive, amber for three weeks.
Coaches get a dedicated dashboard with coachee summaries, engagement tracking, journal patterns and team momentum. A plan review queue surfaces plans awaiting feedback. AI coaching prep briefs give coaches a head start before every human coaching session.
All access is enforced through row-level security. Managers see their reports. Coaches see their coachees. Company admins see the full organisation. Nobody sees data they shouldn't.

Three Management Lenses
Company admin and manager dashboards provide three distinct views across the organisation, so leadership can see whether the business is aligned, executing and developing where it matters most.
Alignment
Are team priorities, individual plans and quarterly commitments connected to where the company is heading? The alignment lens shows whether what people are working on maps to what the strategy requires.
Execution
Are commitments on track? Are scorecards hitting target? Are issues being resolved and to-dos being completed? The execution lens shows whether the operating rhythm is working.
Development
Is capability building where the business needs it? Are people engaged in their plans? Are assessment scores improving? The development lens shows whether growth is happening where it counts.
How It Works
Set Direction
Define your Company Compass, team priorities and quarterly commitments. The strategy is live, not locked in a slide deck.
