Assessment results are only useful if they lead to action. The development planning module walks you through a guided six-step process to turn your results into a structured, practical plan.
Your AI coach analyses your assessment, recommends priority skills and explains the reasoning. You then set goals, define actions, establish timelines and identify support needs. Once complete, the AI reviews your entire plan and flags vague actions, overloaded months and gaps in coverage.
Your coach can also review and annotate your plan, adding human expertise on top of AI recommendations. Once locked, your plan automatically generates a 12-month roadmap with monthly items across application, learning, reflection and coaching.
